Senior Marketing Manager
Senior Marketing Manager
About the role
Drive senior marketing workstreams across positioning, demand generation, content, launch comms, and analyst relations as Mantle scales. You’ll lead high-impact programs end-to-end — designing, executing, and measuring — and partner closely with sales, product, and consulting to translate the Mantle category into pipeline.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to positioning and category narrative work — sharpen how “single accountable partner for AI-led transformation” lands with a CRO, a CIO, and a CEO.
- Run demand programs across content, website, search, paid, partnerships, and events. Partner with sales on a quarterly pipeline contribution target.
- Execute launch comms and analyst relations programs — help get Mantle named in the right places.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and ops to ship campaigns on a predictable cadence.
Who you are
You’ve been a senior marketing leader at a high-growth B2B firm — likely series B+ SaaS, consulting, or services — where you owned both demand and brand. You write well, prioritize ruthlessly, and have shipped a category narrative that an entire sales team has actually used to win deals.
Required
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 in a senior or head-of role at a growth-stage company selling to enterprise buyers.
- Demonstrable ownership of a multi-million-dollar pipeline contribution number.
- Hands-on craft in at least three of: positioning, content, SEO, paid, ABM, events, analyst relations.
- Strong writing — you’ll be tested on this.
Nice to have
- Marketed an AI, consulting, or transformation-services category before.
- Existing relationships with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) or trade press.
- Direct experience selling to one of: financial services, aviation, healthcare, energy, government.

Sales Account Manager
Sales Account Manager
About the role
Run discovery-to-close on multi-six and seven-figure transformation engagements with Fortune 500 buyers. You’ll be a senior commercial point of contact for a portfolio of named accounts, working alongside Mantle senior partners and subject-matter experts to scope outcomes, navigate the buying committee, and close. We sell measurable outcomes — your job is to translate ambition into a contract, then keep the relationship long enough to expand it.
What you’ll do
- Own a portfolio of named Fortune 500 accounts end-to-end — sourcing, qualifying, scoping, negotiating, closing.
- Build trust with C-suite buyers (CEO, CTO, COO, CRO) and bring in the right Mantle expert at the right moment.
- Convert vertical expert partner relationships into multi-year commercial contracts.
- Run a clean pipeline with accurate forecasting in a single CRM of record.
Who you are
You’ve closed multi-six-figure-plus contracts with enterprise buyers in consulting, transformation services, or sophisticated B2B SaaS. You can hold your own in a CFO conversation about ROI and in a CIO conversation about architecture. You don’t need a 50-page playbook to know when to push, when to pause, and when to escalate. You prefer working with a small group of named accounts deeply over chasing a high-velocity SMB list.
Required
- 7+ years closing enterprise B2B deals with average contract value at six figures or above.
- Track record of multi-year expansions, not just new logos.
- Strong commercial instinct: you can scope, price, and negotiate without hand-holding.
- Comfort selling alongside founders or senior partners — including taking your turn delivering the pitch.
Nice to have
- Existing network among CIOs, CTOs, or CROs at named Fortune 500 accounts.
- Prior experience selling consulting, AI / transformation services, or systems integration work.
- Industry depth in one of: financial services, aviation, healthcare, energy, retail.

Tax Advisor
Tax Advisor
About the role
Contribute to Mantle’s cross-border tax posture across US federal and state, EU member states, and Gulf jurisdictions as we scale revenue and footprint. This is a senior individual-contributor role: you’ll help build the playbook, work with external counsel where needed, and serve as a trusted internal expert for commercial decisions with a tax surface area.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to corporate income tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, and indirect tax strategy across the US, EU, and Gulf.
- Structure new entities, contracts, and revenue arrangements with tax efficiency as a first-class input.
- Help shape policy for employee mobility, contractor vs employee classification, and equity awards across jurisdictions.
- Manage filings, audits, and regulator relationships either directly or via vetted external firms.
- Translate complex tax positions into clear guidance for non-experts on the leadership team.
Who you are
You’re a senior tax practitioner who has run cross-border tax for a high-growth services or technology company before, and you’ve done it without a 20-person internal team. You’re equally comfortable in a Big Four background and in a lean in-house seat. You believe good tax work is about clarity, defensibility, and timing — not minimization at any cost.
Required
- 10+ years in tax with at least 5 in a senior in-house or senior advisory seat.
- Cross-border experience covering at least two of: US federal/state, EU (multi-member-state), Gulf (UAE, KSA, Qatar).
- CPA, Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), or equivalent qualification.
- Comfort working asynchronously and writing memos that hold up under scrutiny.
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a Big Four firm covering consulting or transformation-services clients.
- Track record advising on transfer-pricing arrangements for IP-heavy or services businesses.
- Direct experience with Pillar Two / OECD BEPS rules as they apply to mid-sized multinationals.

Events Coordinator
Events Coordinator
About the role
Run the executive roundtables, industry conferences, and customer summits on Mantle’s go-to-market calendar. You’ll partner closely with marketing and sales to design moments that matter — not generic dinners — and execute them so the senior team can show up, deliver, and leave with the right relationships.
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute 8–12 senior-audience events per year across the US: roundtables, hosted dinners, and trade-show satellite gatherings.
- Manage venue, vendor, travel, and budget end-to-end for each event.
- Build the guest list with sales, send invites, and own RSVP-to-attended conversion.
- Capture follow-ups in the CRM so the work actually compounds.
- Negotiate sponsorship and speaking opportunities at the right industry events.
Who you are
You’ve run executive-facing B2B events at a growth-stage company before. You hold a budget, you can read a room, and you can produce a flawless evening for 15 CIOs without the senior leadership team noticing how much work it took. You’re a writer as much as a logistician — your invite emails actually get opened.
Required
- 4+ years in B2B events, field marketing, or customer-experience roles.
- Hands-on responsibility for at least one annual events budget of $250K or more.
- Demonstrable craft in invite copy, venue selection, and on-the-night execution.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
Nice to have
- Relationships with venues, A/V, catering, and event-production vendors in NYC, SF, Chicago, Austin, or DC.
- Direct experience producing executive roundtables (Chatham House style) versus pure trade shows.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM for event-attribution reporting.
